About Lisa

I am originally from Arizona and have lived in Utah, Oklahoma, and Washington. For 22 years my husband and I have owned and operated Kia Ora Fitness in Kennewick while raising 4 children who are now wonderful adults. We built Kia Ora Fitness from the ground up, laying tile, painting walls, hanging lights etc. We know what it means to work hard for a property that you dream of. I love working with people and helping them realize optimal health while having fun. While I still have my toes in the fitness industry I am now deeply grounded now in real estate as a broker for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. I still love working with people! Especially as they seek a place in our great community to call home. I work hard to be available for my clients, to listen closely to their needs and wants, and to provide them with the tools and resources to make their home search smooth and seamless. I am dedicated to continuing education to keep my skills sharp and on the front edge for market changes, financing needs, home warranty, home inspection, and all details related to a home/ land purchase and sale.
