About Jared

Hello, I would like to tell you a little about myself in the following paragraphs. I am first and foremost a Businessman and have had my own business as a Custom Home Builder ( Custom Country Homes/ Vancouver Wa.) and a Subcontracting Businesses owner ( Frontrunner Const. Inc./Vancouver Wa. and also locally Anew Const. Inc.) for 30 years. I have done nearly everything involved in construction, both in Residential and in Commercial aspects. I started full time in Construction in 1992 and Started my first Business in 1999. I am a father of 4 Children and have been married for 25 year in October 2022! I am currently also a Project Manager for a local Custom Home Builder ( Alderbrook Homes), a Business my Father started several years ago. I am ready to put my 30 years of Construction knowledge and experience to work for you in Real Estate!!! I have been on the Building and Construction side of things for so many years and feel like I can be valuable as a Real Estate Agent in so many more ways than your average agent. I want to switch gears fully into Real Estate sales and help Sellers and Buyer have the best and most informative experience possible.
