About Tate

My goal is to contribute to the community by helping you find the perfect home. Whatever your requirements may be, I am dedicated to putting forth my utmost effort to turn your housing aspirations into reality. I have lived on San Juan Island most of my life, attending Paideia, Spring Street International School and FHHS before moving to Bellingham to study Environmental Science at Western Washington University. In my studies I learned the complexities of the natural world and furthered my love for the outdoors. Returning to San Juan Island in 2018, I embarked on the venture of Roche Harbor Farm, cultivating vegetables for the San Juan Island Food Hub, Farmers Market, and local eateries. This was such a blessing and became an intense passion of mine. I maintain my seat on the Farmers Market and Food Hub boards to bolster the local food marketplace and advocate for local farmers and ranchers. I am excited to embark on this new journey with Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc., continuing my dedication to serving our island community with enthusiasm and unwavering commitment.
