I have been a realtor since 2007 and prior to that I operated and owned a mortgage company. This has enabled me to be well rounded. As the daughter of a Marine, and many friends and family members having served in various branches of the military, I am familiar with the differences in the military personnel's needs when buying and selling real estate.
