About Lorian

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I first came to Washington from Grand Forks, North Dakota in1979 as a young airman stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane. After a transfer to Colorado Springs, Colorado, I relocated to the Puget Sound in 1989 and retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant. I raised my son and daughter here and I still believe there is no better place to live. My years in the Air Force took me to quite a few locales, so I have a heartfelt understanding of what you are experiencing during this time of transition. I was first licensed in1993 and over the years have witnessed tremendous growth and a variety of changing markets. My business is built around being your trusted advisor and counselor and giving you the information and strategies you will need to make decisions about your move. Buying or selling, I will assist you at every step in a way that is helpful and knowledgeable. I am committed to always tell you the truth and to always advocate for your best interest. I was passionate about the military and have transferred that passion to the Pacific Northwest and real estate. I have an on-going enthusiasm for meeting and working with people. The decision to relocate is only the beginning of endless scenarios that can arise before you are settled in your new home. I always remember what it’s like on the other side of the transaction and focus on resolving issues proactively and with an eye on the end game.
