Thank you for considering me for your real estate needs. I am a Washington Native and the oldest son of two realtors. I have been involved with real estate in one form or another since a very early age. My passion for the Pacific Northwest is due to the people that live here and the many outdoor activities this amazing area has to offer. My interests included boating, skiing, hiking, and scuba diving. I have been involved as an active participant and board member with various outdoor clubs and organizations. My current volunteer interests are with homeless and neglected animals. I have been a licensed realtor since 1988; my considerable real estate experience is supplemented by four years as a housing inspector for the City of Seattle where I inspected single and multifamily housing. Additionally, I have hands on experience in the remodeling homes in Seattle's inner-city neighborhoods. My sales experience encompasses the entire Puget Sound areas with a strong emphasis on the inner-city neighborhoods of Madrona, Leschi, Madison Valley, Capitol Hill, Green Lake and Queen Anne. I am able to offer extensive marketing and negotiating experience to both buyer s and sellers.
