About Ashley

I was born and raised primarily in San Diego, California, and grew up in a military family, which gave me firsthand experience with relocation while living in San Diego, Bremerton, and Salt Lake City. I studied Marketing and Business at Utah Valley University and bring a diverse background in real estate and property management. My experience includes managing and accounting for properties ranging from Section 8 housing to celebrity homes throughout San Diego County. Before becoming a real estate broker, I worked with a real estate investor in Utah, identifying investment opportunities, negotiating transactions, and assisting with the purchase and sale of dozens of properties throughout the state. That experience sparked my passion for real estate and investing- I was hooked! After returning to Washington, I earned my real estate license and launched my career helping clients navigate one of life's most important decisions. As a trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that purchasing/ buying a home can be both complex and deeply personal. I strive to create an environment of ease, comfort, and transparency for my clients.
