He considers himself a real estate cultivator with a focus on creating Value for his clients to help them grow their wealth through real estate investing. His success speaks for itself; Omar quickly went from fledgling realtor to being one of the top producers in the area in a matter of months. His passion for real estate has only increased over the years, as his skillset has grown to include residential, commercial and land development transactions. His expertise goes beyond the transaction. After helping many commercial developers source dirt to build on, Omar expanded his offerings again by starting his own construction and development company. In the following years, he successfully developed land, built extraordinary homes, and sold them under his own corporation with ample success. As the New Development expert, Omar’s hands-on investing and development background brings with it experience and keen insights, maximizing opportunities present in each transaction for property investors. When not working on sourcing lots or supporting clients finding their next dream home, Omar enjoys hiking, biking, travel, and gardening. He is most comfortable and at peace in the woods, enjoying open spaces and the natural world. Omar gives back to his alma mater through the UW Foundation, and to Starfish International, dedicated to funding of the Academy of Excellence, providing education to Gambian girls from pre-k through graduate school.
