About Stacey

I have been in the real estate industry for 40 years and am an integral part of the support team at Coldwell Banker Central. I am a Managing Broker and I love helping people achieve their dreams whether buying or selling. Along with being very good at information retrieval, I am very good at dissemination of data to give you real time market information so you can make informed decisions. I also am very good at finding out information on properties in the Valley. As a Managing Broker, I expect to give my clients a higher level of service. My mission is to provide a smooth successful experience to my clients. I have great working relationships with those in the industry such as lenders, contractors, escrow, title, appraisers and inspectors! I strive to always be available to discuss concerns and, in most instances, will answer, call/texts/emails, within 5 minutes to make sure my clients are always in the know. I believe customer service and communication are the key to setting and managing expectations on both sides of the table.
