John's background in the hospitality industry was the perfect training ground for developing his stellar customer service skills, and his work as an insurance adjuster for catastrophe claims gave him the skills he needed to help people in high-stress situations. Missi's extensive background in corporate relocation helped her build a keen understanding of what it takes to help move people with a minimum of stress. She pays attention to all the details that need to be taken care of during a major move. Missi and John love working with their clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Partners in life as well as in work, John and Missi manage a busy home life with four children and two dogs.
