About Chuck

Chuck specializes in the greater Seattle, Edmonds, and Kitsap Peninsula areas. He has been a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest. Chuck believes that first and foremost Real Estate is a relationship-based business. He believes in creating a strong bond with his clients which enables him to better fulfill their goals. He received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He is a past member of the Seattle Golf Club, The Rainier Club, and the Columbia Tower Club. Chuck retired from a 35-year long career in the securities industry which culminated with the role of Executive Vice President and Manager of Kemper Securities Investment Services Division based in Los Angeles. He sat on the Executive Committee and was on the Board of Directors while responsible for the management of 37 offices, 500 salespeople, and over 1000 employees. He chose to join Coldwell Banker Bain after several years in semi-retirement. He has been involved in many successful real estate transactions and brings a wealth of experience and insight to the real estate profession.
