90 ACRES. YEAR-ROUND CREEK. CABINS. PUBLIC LAND. A rare opportunity to reclaim a true Northwest retreat. Two parcels combine for 90 timbered acres adjoining U.S. Forest Service land, with the year-round South Fork of Tacoma Creek flowing through the entire property and abundant wildlife throughout this secluded setting. The primary A-frame-style cabin requires significant rehabilitation, but something special remains: dramatic vaulted architecture, wall of windows, two impressive stone fireplaces, main-floor bedroom/bath, additional upstairs sleeping area and bath, kitchen and decks. A second rustic cabin sits on the 10 acres adds even more potential. Existing improvements include underground power/electric service currently on, well, septic and a spring-fed water source, all offered in their present condition. Explore your own forest, follow the creek, pick huckleberries and step into hundreds of acres of adjoining forest land. This isn't a polished getaway. It's the opportunity to create one of your own.
