My real estate career began in 1978 as a real estate broker followed by 30 years as a mortgage broker then banker as the founder and owner of a mortgage bank. I've helped all sorts of sellers, buyers, developers and investors through every part of the transaction from the sale to the close of escrow. I have an in depth understanding of financing real estate. Preparing contracts, handling timelines and complex situations are my strengths. I truly enjoy all of it and am excited to work with you.
