As Owner and Designated Broker of Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate, Adam has grown the firm into the premier brokerage in Central Washington. Under his leadership, the company now includes nearly 100 agents and staff across six offices in Chelan, Goldendale, Oroville, Wenatchee, Winthrop, and Yakima, serving multiple counties across the Cascade region. The firm has closed 7,000+ transactions totaling more than $3 billion, establishing a reputation for exceptional service and market leadership. In the technology sector, Adam spent over 25 years in software development, sales, professional services, and consulting. As a Senior Account Director at Salesforce, he managed major global enterprise relationships with companies including Amazon, Apple, CrowdStrike, Expedia, Microsoft, and TripAdvisor. He oversaw more than $20 million in annual renewable revenue, and his cumulative contract sales exceeded $300 million. Earlier at Microsoft, he led marketing technology and systems strategy initiatives, managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and driving a portfolio optimization effort that generated $25 million in enterprise savings. Adam is also an accomplished retail entrepreneur. As President of Woodin Enterprises, LLC, he and his wife, Kelli—co‑owner and Creative Director—have built a diverse portfolio of boutique retail brands, including Woody’s Classic Man and Lake Life. Their nine stores across Central Washington continue to experience 35%+ annual revenue growth, becoming key contributors to the region’s retail landscape. His entrepreneurial success extends to the vacation rental industry, where he founded Sage Vacation Rentals, growing it into the largest locally owned vacation rental management company in Central Washington before its acquisition by Vacasa. Adam’s career began in finance and consulting with roles at Rayonier International, Andersen Business Consulting, Hitachi Consulting, and AT\&T Wireless. These early experiences shaped his strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and operational efficiency. A graduate of the University of Washington, Adam holds degrees in Forest Management and Business Administration from the Michael G. Foster School of Business. Based in Chelan, Washington, Adam is deeply committed to community and economic development. He serves on multiple business and community organization boards, and he and his wife have personally and through their businesses contributed more than $500,000 to nonprofit organizations across North Central Washington since 2010.
