About Tom

Over 30 years ago, while living in a tipi in the Rockies, I fell in love with sustainable design and development. Since then, I have been continually learning, designing, remodeling and consulting everything I could get my hands on, from small residential to large municipal projects. I was born and raised on Bainbridge Island, lived in SW CO, Corvallis, OR and Seattle, until settling in Bellingham in 2000. I've raised 2 children here, owned and operated a design/build co. and have been transacting real estate here for the past 20+ years. Over that time, I've developed close relationships with many outstanding individuals and businesses. I helped start the Bellingham chapter of Solar Washington and was politically active locally throughout the early 2000's. Served on the board of NW Eco Building Guild in the late 90's. I helped launch the local Community Energy Challenge and continue membership with regional trade and business organizations. This background, combined with working knowledge of our current real estate market and the vast support of Coldwell Banker, makes me a valuable asset to your real property endeavors.
