Stacia Smith is a visionary leader with over 30 years of real estate expertise. Recently honored with the prestigious President's Council award, she is highly regarded for her unwavering work ethic and commitment to her brokers and the industry at large. As the Principal Managing Broker for Bellevue, Mercer Island, and Issaquah Stacia is dedicated to fostering a caring and collaborative corporate culture to lead the next generation of real estate professionals. She holds certifications in High Performance Coaching and Corporate Coaching, further enhancing her leadership capabilities. Stacia brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Her proven track record includes over 12 years of leadership, most recently as the Chief Sales Officer and Designated Broker for a competing local brokerage. There, she played a pivotal role in increasing sales from less than $1 billion to an impressive $3.2 billion and growing the team from 150 brokers to over 300 in just a few short years by crafting policies, streamlining procedures, and implementing innovative programs that enhanced efficiency and effectiveness for her brokers and the company. Her previous experience in the industry includes both residential and commercial expertise. Additionally, she has worked as a developer of single-family homes with project marketing expertise and as a licensed mortgage lender. Her leadership skills encompass business development, operations, and sales in real estate brokerage management. Outside the office, Stacia enjoys hiking, tennis, traveling, reading, and wine tasting. These activities not only provide relaxation and inspiration but also enrich her understanding of diverse cultures and lifestyles, which she shares with her brokers. Having spent a couple of years abroad just outside of Paris, Stacia is passionate about understanding the ways that people around the world live and work. She shares this global mindset with her brokers and clients. Upon her return to the Puget Sound, Stacia played a pivotal role in founding and leading the French American School, helping it grow and flourish in its early years. She established its current location on Mercer Island in 1998. Stacia's commitment to exceptional service led her to Coldwell Banker Bain, where she is proud to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
