Interacted with most of the major contractors and developers in the Puget Sound Region as exclusive residential real estate consultant to develop marketing and development plan for over 7,000 acres for Glacier Park Company, a subsidiary of Burlington Resources, Inc., over 79,000 acres for Plum Creek Timber L.P, and 300 acres in Snohomish County for Port Blakely Tree Farms LLC. Currently retained by Issaquah School District to locate to date 11 future school sites. Closed over 11,000 acres of land with a market value well in excess of $200 million dollars from 1981-Present.
