About Maggie

I know the Eastside. After three years as a broker with Coldwell Banker Bain and more than a decade living and working in Bellevue and the surrounding communities, I have built a practice grounded in local knowledge and genuine care for my clients. I work with buyers and sellers across the greater Eastside, with a primary focus on single family homes in the $1M range. I also specialize in two areas that I find especially meaningful: helping adult children navigate the process of downsizing a parent's home, and serving buyers and sellers in the $2M to $5M range who want knowledgeable, attentive representation. Good information leads to good decisions. That belief shaped my first career as a public librarian with the King County Library System, and it shapes everything I do in real estate today. The market is complex and the stakes are high. My job is to make sure you understand exactly where you stand at every step of the process, with clear guidance and honest answers from start to finish. This is my community. My kids go to school here. I serve as PTSA president at my child's school, and May through July my family runs the concession stand for Midlakes United soccer at Bellevue College. When I am not working, you will find me at my kids' sports and music events, reading (there are always at least two books queued up on my eReader), or planning the next international adventure.
