Background Kristan grew up on the Eastside and lived in Bellevue's Bridle Trails area next door to Microsoft. She graduated from Bellevue High School, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation, Health and Fitness Management from Pacific Lutheran University. For the past twenty years, she raised her son in Snoqualmie Ridge and was an active resident, parent, and community member until recently when she moved to Issaquah to be more centrally located to the Eastside and her clients. Kristan has over 25 years of work experience in the start-up, technology world. She was a former co-founder and part owner of athealth.com until that company was recently sold. In addition, she previously assisted in opening five Google offices in Kirkland and Freemont, and she was the West Coast Regional manager for a facilities team. This gave her extensive hands-on experience in facility operations and project management. In 2018, she opened the flagship Seattle office for start-up Xpansiv, and most recently, she helped open the tasting room for Sigillo Cellars Winery in Chelan, Washington, where she was one of the top sales associates. When interacting with her valued clients or colleagues, Kristan strives to provide world-class service fueled by both professionalism and know-how. Her entrepreneurial spirit and professional experience in the technical world are great complements to the real estate industry. Kristan loves working with people, and she is invested in their success.
