About Joe

Joe has been selling real estate since 2005; but as far as he's concerned, he's been in the business since age 11. " I used to make my parents stop the car so I could grab flyers from homes that were for sale in our neighborhood." Lifetime Seattle resident and son of a general contractor, Joe grew up watching his father transform the homes of his clients. Whether they were flipping a house or adding a building to an existing real estate portfolio, Joe learned at a young age the value of informed real estate decisions. "With time, I witnessed the incredible amount of wealth families were able to create for themselves and future generations. I was inspired to follow that path and lead others along the way!" When he's not out fighting the good fight for your perfect home, Joe can be found in the kitchen of his Madison Park bungalow whipping up happy hour snacks for the team or marinating a premium filet for a pending dinner with friends.
