About Kelly

I am a Pacific Northwest Native! I grew up on Mercer Island, graduated from Mercer Island High School and went on to graduate from the University of Washington. While in college I worked for one of the first home inspection companies in the Greater Seattle Area. I loved learning about houses and all of their problems! I ended up getting trained and licensed as a home inspector and enjoyed that career for over 25 years. The last few years as a home inspector I began mentoring other "soon to be" home inspectors and really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with them. I love real estate because I continue to share that knowledge with my home buyers and sellers while also getting to spend more time with people and utilize my negotiation skills. I consider it a privilege to be part of people's lives as they go through upsizing or downsizing or any types of changes life may present them.
