I’ve had the pleasure of growing up in Anacortes and being immersed in all that this region has to offer, be it boating, hiking, fishing, crabbing, clamming…..just a few of the activities that make this area special. My journey in real estate is backed by a degree in Geology from the UW. This unique background has given me a deep appreciation for the land and properties I work with, something that has been a cornerstone of my career since 1986. Over the past 38 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of real estate, wearing many hats but most notably as a certified residential real estate appraiser. I’ve completed at least 10,000 appraisals covering everything from vacant lots, cozy starter homes, 2-4 family investment properties to grand estates and hi-rise condos in downtown Seattle. I have hands-on experience in purchasing foreclosure properties for investors and also buying raw land and developing single family dwellings. This experience has been invaluable, teaching me the nuances of the market and ensuring that I can offer you an insider’s knowledge that’s unparalleled and that can only come from decades of hands-on experience. Since 2011, I’ve also been serving as a real estate broker, a role that has allowed me to meet and work with amazing people. I believe in the power of communication and the importance of understanding your goals when it comes to real estate, whether you’re a first time homebuyer, a seasoned investor or somewhere in between. With my broad skillset, I see myself as not just a broker or just an appraiser but your personal guide in the real estate world.
