About Zeph

Zeph Bryant's roots run deep in Stowe, as he is a third-generation local. He attended Stowe High School and was part of the first class to graduate from Mount Mansfield Winter Academy between 1984 and 1988. Zeph started working in construction at age 16 with a local company in Stowe. After finishing high school, he graduated from Western State College while living in Crested Butte, Colorado, where he bought his first house with a partner in his sophomore year. During this time, he successfully launched a painting company that he ran for nine years. Zeph's next adventure led him to commercial fishing on the Atlantic Ocean until 9/11 when he came home. Upon returning to Vermont, he worked as a carpenter with Gristmill Builders, then Patterson and Smith Construction. In 2013, his interest led to the office as an estimator and finally a project manager. With his diverse experience and extensive local knowledge, Zeph is passionate about assisting and counseling buyers and sellers in the real estate market to achieve their goals. Forging relationships over transactions is his priority.
