My journey at Coldwell Banker Carlson Real Estate began in 2021 when I stepped into the role of office manager. From the start, I felt a strong connection with the team, and I quickly immersed myself in the day-to-day operations. With a background in human resources, I was eager to bring my skills to the table and make a positive impact on our workflow. It’s been incredibly rewarding to implement strategies that have streamlined our office processes. Seeing our team become more efficient and productive is a testament to the hard work we all put in together. I am grateful for the respect and admiration I’ve earned from my colleagues and clients alike. I strive to be a cornerstone of excellence in our office, and I take pride in being an invaluable asset to the team. On a personal note, I cherish my role as a new mother. My daughter, Stella, brings joy into my life, and I love creating precious moments with her, my husband, and our dog, Luna. Balancing these two worlds—professional and personal—has been a fulfilling adventure, and I look forward to what the future holds for both my career and my family.
