About Erica

Erica sees the potential in homes. All homes. She loves renovating homes to sell, which got her involved in the whole process of buying and selling real estate. Born of that passion, she decided to become an agent and started her career with Coldwell Banker in 2019. One of the things she loves most about her job is helping people visualize how they can create a home out of a property that might need a bit of love and attention. If not for her real estate career, she would probably be involved in interior design given her affinity for home renovation. Erica loves the Stowe area and Lamoille County with its access to so many different types of outdoor activities and everything you could want in a mountain community. And she's thrilled to be able to work in real estate in this beautiful part of Vermont.
