Growing up and living on Lake Champlain in North Hero, Vermont has given me a deep appreciation for our community and an intimate understanding of the properties within our small towns. It is undeniably one of the most beautiful places in the world and we are lucky to call it home. Being able to connect with my clients and communicate the lifestyle and charm of The Islands will always be my favorite part of my job as a Broker. Having specialized in waterfront properties in our local community for the past 19 years, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of our local real estate market and I’m ready to put my experience to work for you. My career with Islands Realty began in February of 2007. While getting my business up and running as an agent, I was also growing the leading vacation rental management company in The Champlain Islands which I later sold in 2015 to focus on sales full-time. In 2017 I purchased Coldwell Banker Islands Realty and have worked as The Principal Broker & Co-Owner to grow the business over the past 8 years from $22M in sales to nearly $60M.
