Meet Shina, your hometown real estate agent in the beautiful Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. Born and raised in Essex, Vermont, she attended The University of Vermont for her undergrad degree, and then took a detour down to Miami for post-graduate education. Despite her love of sunshine and the allure of big city life, she couldn't shake off that Green Mountain State charm. So, she returned to Vermont, settling in Quechee with her husband Luke and their dogs Occhi and Kenai. Before delving into the world of real estate, Shina enjoyed a career as a Vet Tech, caring for the Upper Valley’s furry friends. It was a truly rewarding experience, which she excelled at due to her compassion and attention to detail. Now, she is thrilled to bring that same dedication to helping folks find their dream homes in this beautiful corner of the world. And here's the kicker—Shina's got some serious backup in this business—she's partnered with her mother-in-law, who's been rocking the real estate scene here for 30 years.
