About Mary

My career in real estate began in 1999, with Coldwell Banker Spademan, then Redpath, after moving to the Upper Valley in 1997. I am currently a full-time licensed broker in NH and VT. I have served as a past Vice President of the Windsor County Board. My husband Mike and I owned and successfully operated Carefree Quechee Vacations for nearly 20 years; as well as helping Buyers and Sellers throughout the Upper Valley and closing hundreds of transactions. This experience has given me detailed knowledge of the local markets. I previously was a Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care; which honed my skills for listening to clients' needs, and careful attention to all details. I am honored to aid buyers and sellers throughout the process, and my clients can expect dedicated, knowledgeable and professional service. We raised our four children in Hartford VT, and have been grateful for the healthy, old-fashioned environment the Upper Valley offers.
