About Lauren

Lauren Niles is a licensed Realtor®, practicing in VT and MA, and she is proud to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Lifestyles! Her area of focus will be Windham, Bennington and Southern Rutland counties. Lauren has helped dozens of clients buy and sell their homes. Lauren is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Vermont Association Realtors, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley. Lauren grew up in the Naugatuck Valley of Connecticut, and has since lived in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and Jamaica Plain, Boston. She now shares time between Jamaica VT and Western MA. Lauren worked for two decades in advertising photography as a Prop Stylist and Art Director, sharpening her attention to detail, within a fast-paced environment. She also learned how to discern the exact wants and needs of even the most uncertain clients. After navigating several personal real estate transactions, a career shift to real estate felt natural. Lauren uses a hands-on approach. She provides education and support throughout her clients' home buying or selling processes, never transferring the transaction to a transaction coordinator or an assistant. Lauren is YOUR person, from initial conversation, to well after Closing Day. She has built a network of professionals to lean on for any possible need that may come up during the process.
