Her prior experience and personal journey of buying and selling property as a primary residence and investor-led her to a full-time career in real estate. Moving from Massachusetts to Vermont in the early 2000s, Lorin leveraged her marketing and hospitality background in founding VermontWeddings.com, the state’s premier online wedding planning resource and a comprehensive directory of over 1,000 local businesses. Through this platform, she connected countless couples with vendors, simplifying wedding planning and fostering connections and creative solutions among couples. She also consulted with Vermont wedding businesses to enhance their marketing strategies, reaching wedding planning couples both in-state and beyond. Lorin excels at guiding people toward their goals. As a senior account manager at MyWebGrocer, she facilitated smooth communication between clients and the internal team of developers and project managers. During the pandemic, she helped small businesses adapt and stay competitive through the Vermont Small Business Recovery Technical Assistance Program, funded by the Vermont ACCD. Her skill in connecting with others and navigating change underscores her commitment to helping individuals thrive amid constant change. As a Realtor, Lorin applies her extensive experience to guide home buyers and sellers through the often emotional and complex process of buying and selling real estate. Understanding the significant financial and personal transitions involved, her ability to connect with clients and help them assess their options to make an informed decision makes her a valuable ally when navigating the market.
