John is a seasoned real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers in Vermont. In 2017, after purchasing his own investment property, John felt a true passion for the business and decided to start his career at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman shortly after. In his first year as a Realtor, John was listed in the "Top 30 under 30" young professionals at Coldwell Banker International for his outstanding work in the industry. Beginning his real estate career alongside his brother, George, the duo became known as the Black Brothers Team and was named Rookie of the Year by The Northwest Vermont Realtor Association in 2018. In 2022, John was recognized among the top 14% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide. John's passion lies in working closely with his clients, understanding their goals, and bringing together the necessary resources to help them achieve success. He believes that achievements are seldom attained in isolation and works hard to coordinate a team of professionals to ensure a seamless transaction. With two investment properties and a primary residence in Chittenden County, John sees the importance of growing wealth through Real Estate. In his free time, John will be skiing with his family, traveling, spending time with friends, and finding joy in the trials and tribulations of raising a daughter.
