James has been recognized by colleagues and community leaders for his dynamic leadership, strong communication skills and passion for helping others. He excels in assisting first-time home buyers, sellers and real estate investors navigate the intricacies of buying and selling properties in Northwest Vermont. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a BA in Economics and Community Development, James thrives on the connections that are created while practicing real estate in Northwest Vermont. Prior to joining the Lipkin Audette Team, James was showcasing Vermont on the world stage to international visitors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders as the Program Manager for the Vermont Council on World Affairs. Whether volunteering abroad or hosting youth programs, James identified housing as a key economic driver and a necessity for security, health, and stability. James has experience representing clients of single family homes and condos, mobile homes, duplexes and multi-unit properties across numerous counties in Vermont including Chittenden, Addison, Grand Isle, Franklin, Lamoille and Washington. He currently lives in Burlington and when not working with clients, James enjoys the natural beauty of Vermont and all the activities (hiking, boating, golfing, snowboarding, exploring with his dog) that the Green Mountain State has to offer.
