About Eric

Location, Location, Location. We all know about the importance of location in buying and selling real estate, but what about Communication, Communication, Communication. Eric believes that communication with his clients is key to a successful real estate transaction. Most of us don't buy and sell real estate every day, therefore, communication is so important every step of the way. He will listen to your needs and expectations and help you to realize your real estate dreams. Exceeding your expectations is his goal. Whether you are buying, selling, or leasing, Eric will have your back. Eric has recent experience in buying, selling, and leasing real estate from your perspective as a client. He is very familiar with all the challenges and opportunities in today's market. Eric also has experience as a real estate investor. Eric has lived in the Northern Virginia area for 33 years. He moved from Pennsylvania to Alexandria, VA in 1992 and soon realized the tremendous benefits of home ownership. He purchased his first townhouse in Prince William County in 1993. As his family grew, Eric purchased a single-family home in 1999 where he lived and raised his family until 2020. He is a father who helped to raise three wonderful children in Woodbridge, VA. His daughter graduated from Osbourn Park High School, attended Old Dominion University and proudly served in the United States Air Force. His son graduated from Garfield High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. His youngest son attends preschool in Woodbridge and enjoys spending time with Mom and Dad. Eric loves spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys biking, walking, kayaking, skiing, and hiking. Eric believes that volunteering is an important part of the community. He has volunteered with the ACTS food rescue program and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton food pantry. He also volunteered with the Marine Corp Marathon, IWALK for ACTS 5K, and Friends of the Town of Occoquan River Cleanup. He was also a neighborhood watch leader helping to ensure the safety of his community. He is also an active blood donor for INOVA. Eric graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University with a degree in Business Administration. He worked as a management analyst for the U.S. Department of Transportation transitioning to the airline industry as a pilot for the last 20 years. He will use his broad range of communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to assist you with your most important transaction.
