I am a licensed commercial real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial, serving the Washington D.C. metropolitan area across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. I bring a powerful, technical edge to the commercial real estate market. Before transitioning to real estate full-time in 2019, I spent 22 years working as a systems and information technology engineer. This rigorous analytical background, combined with an Electrical Engineering degree, allows me to evaluate commercial properties, infrastructure, and investment data with exceptional precision. In addition to technical expertise, I offers deep firsthand market experience. I began investing in real estate personally in 2011 and own multiple properties including multi-family properties in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland. As a Virginia Certified Property Manager, my personal portfolio and professional credentials provide me with a thorough, practical understanding of asset management, valuation, and the day-to-day operational needs of property owners.
