About Richard

Richard, founding partner of Can Do LLC, a property management company and real estate investment holding company, has negotiated the landlord representation of several large retailers including Harbor Freight, Golds Gym International, and FoodMax. Through his principal affiliations, Richard delivers to his clients a strong foundation in real estate acquisitions, asset repositioning and disposition, with an emphasis on income-investment opportunities long-term and short-term portfolio goals. In addition to his successful transaction history, he has cultivated strong skill sets in all aspects of the MEP trades, including new construction and renovation of residential, multifamily and commercial projects. The only interest that overrides Richard’s passion for real estate is his extensive collection of classic Volkswagens, which include a 21-window ’67 bus, split-window ’50 bug, and double-cab’65 WV pickup truck!
