About Clayton

As a New Kent native, I was raised in a rural setting and enjoyed exploring everything the area has to offer. I’m an outdoor enthusiast and spend my free time with family and friends on the rivers, in the woods, or exploring land in our area. I currently live in Lanexa, James City County and love this great area nestled between Williamsburg and Richmond. I was raised in an entrepreneurial family with parents in both the residential building and real estate industry. The years spent working with my father I spent an abundance of time in high end custom homes learning the building process from the ground up and when with my mother we were always exploring land and real estate possibilities. With this being said, you could assume I had a natural love for everything home and land related, which led me to the obvious choice of getting my real estate license. I have the distinct advantage of being with a company that has been in the area for over 100 years and that is affiliated with the power house franchise in real estate, Coldwell Banker, for the strong marketing and real estate tools that are at my disposal; plus, I have the extra benefit of working with my mother at Coldwell Banker Traditions, so that she can share with me her years of experience in the business as I service my clients. I have a keen understanding of the real estate market in this area, and well as the lifestyle opportunities available for those looking for the quality of living this area has to offer.
