12.75 acres of wooded property bordering Little Moccasin Creek of Holston River at end of River Rd. At the end of River Rd, property is approximately 300' further up the creek. Property starts directly behind the old dam in Moccasin Creek with most of the acreage on the hill to the left. Survey plat is in the office. The right-of-way is shown on the survey but it is not being maintained. VDOT end of maintenance is at the intersection of River Rd and Creek River Rd.
