Hi, I'm Lance, a sports aficionado! From basketball to volleyball, I just love the camaraderie and excitement that competition brings into my life. While I do enjoy the excitement of sports, I am mostly calm and laid back. I do believe in the value of hard work and consistency as I am a dedicated fitness enthusiast, hitting the gym or walking to stay in shape and clear my mind. I believe a healthy body is the foundation for a fulfilling life and I’m always ready to share health and fitness tips. Music is another passion of mine and is an essential part of my life. Whether I am cruising on a beautiful day with classic rock or unwinding by the firepit with some jazz or classical, I like to match my music with my mood. When I’m not out and about I can be found taking in an audio book or watching a YouTube video most likely on personal development because I do not want to be the same person a year from now. But above all else, I cherish my role as a husband and father of two. Family is the cornerstone of my life, and I approach my relationships with a holistic mindset.
