While I'm known for my marketing and listing success, nothing compares to the joy of handing buyers the keys to a place they can finally call their own. It's a privilege I never take for granted. My background as a Senior Loan Processor in new construction finance gave me an insider's command of the lending world. I now use that knowledge to give my clients a decisive edge when navigating the complexities of buying and selling. When you pair that with my extensive listing experience and a high-end marketing strategy, you get a plan designed to win. To further serve our local real estate community, I am honored to sit on the 2025/2026 Board of Directors for the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR). This role allows me to advocate for our profession’s integrity while staying at the forefront of market changes for my clients. My community involvement extends beyond real estate. I serve as a B.O.O.T.S. Board Member at Stafford High School and am the proud founder of the CBE Cares Closet at North Stafford High School. As a cheerleading coach and youth mentor, I pour the same energy into developing young athletes that I bring to every client relationship. When I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking up everything that makes this region special, with my husband and kids.
