I was practically born with a "For Sale" sign in my hand and a passion for helping people achieve their real estate dreams. Whether it's problem-solving or meeting new people, I love it all! Growing up in a military family, I learned how to adapt to change and handle any situation with grace and integrity. And now, as the Vice President of Residential Services at Coldwell Banker Elite, I get to surround myself with like-minded individuals who define success on the same principles. Teaching and coaching agents to exceed their goals is where my passion for the industry truly shines. As a national instructor, I've helped agents across the country better their skills, develop innovative best practices, and attain national certifications. I've even had the honor of serving as the 2022 Fredericksburg Association of Realtors President as well as many other industry positions, including serving on the Virginia Realtors Professional Development Committee. My ultimate goal is to instill a love and respect for the profession in all agents, encouraging them to deliver excellent service with a foundation of home and family values, integrity, forward thinking, and just plain awesomeness! These are the same values I deliver to all my clients, making their dreams of home ownership a reality. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2004, I obtained my Brokers license in 2013 and stepped into a management role. As a Broker, I'm dedicated to seeing my agents achieve the highest possible success in their personal work-life balance, client service, and ethical engagement with everyone they meet. I'm honored to help them through coaching, support, training, and education of real estate transactions. When I'm not busy helping others realize their dreams in the real estate world, you can find me cheering on my son's baseball team or attending my daughters' dance recitals. As an active family, we love spending our weekends kayaking, hiking, and enjoying family game nights at home. I'm also completely passionate about giving back to my community through various charities and organizations - it's just another way I get to surround myself with awesome people!
