About Jacob

Jacob grew up on a small farm in Central Virginia where his father instilled in him the love and respect for the outdoors. His father introduced him to small game hunting at an early age which allowed him to explore a diverse variety of properties in the central and coastal areas of Virginia. After earning a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Hampden-Sydney College & playing on the varsity lacrosse team, he followed his mothers footsteps and got his real estate license. Each spring and summer you can find him at various properties planting food plots, clearing trails, and preparing for the upcoming hunting season so he is a great resource to help you develop your property! Having earned his Eagle Scout recognition with Troop 400, he understands the need for stewardship in the outdoors and leaving nature better than you found it. Through his involvement with his local Ducks Unlimited, Ruffed Grouse Society, and other outdoor organizations, he has a broad network to help find you a buyer for your property. Whether you are selling or buying a hunting property, river house, recreational, or residential property, his experience and hard work go above and beyond the competition!
