About Graham

I’m Graham Johnson, a Richmond native, second-generation real estate broker, and Vice President and Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker Avenues. Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around the business, learning from my father and watching him build a successful local brokerage based on hard work, integrity, market knowledge, and personal service. Today, I’m proud to carry that tradition forward while bringing my own experience and approach to the business. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Richmond metropolitan area, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, the City of Richmond, Goochland, Powhatan, and New Kent. I’ve never wanted to limit myself to one neighborhood or part of town. One of the biggest advantages I can offer my clients is a strong working knowledge of the entire Richmond market and the differences between its many communities. Good real estate service starts with communication. Whether you prefer a phone call, text, or email, I make it a priority to be accessible and keep you informed throughout the process. I also believe there is no substitute for knowing the inventory. I make a point of seeing as many homes as possible because photographs and wide-angle lenses only tell part of the story. Understanding how a house actually looks, feels, and compares to its competition is invaluable when helping a buyer make an offer or advising a seller on pricing and positioning. Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, but it is also a very personal one. My job is to provide straightforward advice, strong representation, and the market knowledge you need to make good decisions with confidence.
