About Christopher

Proudly born in raised in Richmond, Virginia, I began my real estate career almost 20 years ago when I decided to leave the corporate world. Real estate has been a fulfilling career for me and I have sold hundreds of properties over the years including short sales, foreclosure, new construction, land and resale properties. I provide the best service to clients with strategic marketing and transaction management services. I have built my business on the principles of Communication, Determination, and Trust. I pride myself on listening to and helping my clients turn their dreams into a reality. In my spare time, I enjoy rehab projects on homes, exercising, and working as a member of an auto racing team. I am very involved with my community and love volunteering with elementary schools, working with Habitat for Humanity and also have experience reintroducing tigers and panthers back to the wild for a non-profit organization. Being a member of Optimist International has been very rewarding in helping our youth. For the past six years I served on the real estate board’s arbitration and grievance committees. As a former collegiate student athlete, I understand the mentality of work hard, play hard. I always listen to my clients, then help them to achieve their wants goals, needs, and dreams.
