Trista Haugen is a 24-year veteran in the real estate and mortgage industry. While initially helping clients secure financing for home purchases and refinances, she made her transition to selling real estate when she realized that her passion was helping clients find their future home. Her knowledge of mortgage financing along with her real estate sales experience makes her the ideal single point of contact for her clients. Trista has a hands-on approach with her clients, whether it's selling their house for the desired price in the time frame necessary, navigating the move-up homebuyers, investors, or the custom luxury home build, she works to exceed the expectations of her clients with her high level of personalized customer service. Trista strives to become her client's lifelong Realtor. Living in the DC metro area for over 27 years in northern Virginia and suburban Maryland, Trista knows the local markets of the areas she serves. Her clientele has included government employees working for the Department of Homeland Security, Capitol Hill, World Bank (to name a few), active members of the U.S. armed forces and those working in private industry. She listens to her clients and works to meet their needs.
