About Dee

Loyalty, integrity, experience, and a love for her community are what Realtor, Dee Gutierrez brings to Coldwell Banker Realty. Raised in a military family, Dee followed in her father's footsteps by serving our country in the United States Air Force before transitioning into a fruitful 27 year career with Verizon. Dee spent 22 years of her career with Verizon in leadership roles, and she supported the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, USCG, ICE, Secret Service and Custom Border Protection. Dee has also spent her time giving back to the community by volunteering at the Alexandria Police Department and the Alexandria Sexual Assault Hotline. Upon her recent retirement from Verizon, Dee was named Director of NOVA Soccer Academy, a successful soccer training academy. As Director of NOVA Soccer Academy, she partnered with Fairfax County Family Services and Alexandria Police Foundation to create scholarship programs to enable children regardless of financial status the opportunity to participate in this elite soccer program.
