About Cindy

Cindy Metcalf is a real estate professional specializing in properties in the DC metro area of Northern Virginia. Handing you the keys to the home of your dream house is something Cindy finds very rewarding. She knows that whether you are relocating and needing to find a home to rent quickly, taking your first step into the real estate market, stepping up or downsizing, it can be a daunting task. As a spouse of a former Naval officer, who's relocated may times over the years, Cindy knows the moving process can be extremely stressful. She brings calm and compassion to a complicated process and prides herself in making sure that all transactions go smoothly. Cindy recognizes that buying or selling a home is a huge decision and she doesn't take that lightly. Being a great agent is more than just helping you sell your home or find a new one – it means informing and advising you, protecting and looking for the best opportunities for a smooth transaction from start to finish. Cindy has always had a passion for helping people and plays an active role in the local community. Now that she has returned home to NOVA, she volunteers at Reston's Lake Anne Community Garden and teaches children of all ages about vegetable gardening by "getting their hands dirty," maintaining a compost pile and observing and understanding the benefits of pollinators in after-school and Summer Camp programs. Cindy loves entertaining her family and friends by exploring international cuisines and customs, creating mosaics, and walking her dogs on the many wonderful nature trails in Northern Virginia.
