It is a Ten Year lease 4000 per month for 10 Years. - Conservation of open land in its natural state, i.e., woodland, fallow fields, grasslands, wetlands, floodplains, and the like; - Passive Recreation Open Space, including but not limited to trails, picnic areas, community gardens; - Active Recreation, including golf courses; - Stable, Livery, with frontage on a state-maintained road, and pursuant to Section 4.08.06; - Easements and improvements for drainage, access, sewer or water lines, or other public purposes; - Stormwater management improvements for the proposed development or for a larger area in compliance with a watershed stormwater management plan; - Utility, Minor; and - Accessory uses, such as private swimming pools, private tennis or outdoor recreational courts, and other accessory uses and structures pursuant to Section 3.03. Copies of the use specific regulations listed for the above uses are included as Attachment E. A telecommunications facility may be developed on an open space area if the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approves a Special Exception application for such use.
