I live an observant but adventurous life. That carries into my work. When I’m not representing clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors—on a mountain trail, in my woodshop, or on the road. I’ve traveled through 38 states with my son, learning the country mile by mile, and developing a deep respect for place, pace, and perspective. Those road trips shaped how I see land, homes, and the people who value them—not as transactions, but as chapters in a larger life. They also shaped my relationship with my son, how he sees the world, and serve as a constant reminder that the world is vast and meant to be explored. Woodworking is more than a hobby for me. It’s how I think. Measuring before cutting. Respecting material. Understanding structure. Appreciating craftsmanship and restraint. That mindset carries into how I evaluate property—especially land and well-built homes where details, intention, and setting matter. I’ve also spent time traveling internationally, which sharpened my appreciation for thoughtful design, timeless architecture, and the kind of quiet luxury that doesn’t announce itself. The best properties—like the best places—don’t need explaining. They simply feel right. And yes, my poodles are nearly always nearby. They’ve logged just as many miles as I have and are a daily reminder that a good life includes fresh air, movement, and knowing when to slow down and pay attention.
