Here is a simple boring rancher on the outside..with a few little facelifts ..but we definitely made the interior reborn with practically everything brand new...roof is new (done by previous owner), HVAC is new, flooring is new, hardware is new..Kitchen and bathroom NEW and NEW...we enjoyed even updating the electrical so you have brand new panel box and some plumbing updates. Epoxy the basement, garage, and porch to make it and shiny...oh..and NEW. Installed new insulation in most of the basement walls for future expansion and even added the best touch of all..Brand NEW windows throughout...except on two sliders that felt were in decent shape.
