About Matthew

I’m here to help you become wildly successful and deeply fulfilled in this business. That means coaching, tools, real-time support, and actual strategy—not vague pep talks and dusty training manuals. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked every side of the real estate industry—as a top-producing agent, broker, executive, national speaker, and instructor. I’ve taught agents from across the U.S. and internationally how to grow their business with confidence, clarity, and a little tech-savvy flair. (Okay, a lot of tech-savvy flair.) Today, I serve as the Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Elite, where I have the privilege of mentoring over 300+ amazing agents and staff. We don’t do mediocrity here. We build intentional careers with smart marketing, personalized support, and a culture that values people over production stats. I believe agents deserve a place where they’re seen, coached, and respected. A place where someone actually knows your goals—and helps you reach them. Whether you’re a newer agent hungry for systems and mentorship, or a seasoned pro ready to scale with purpose, this is where it gets good. If you’re looking for a brokerage that treats you like a business owner, not a seat-filler, we should talk. I’ll bring the support and strategy—you bring your ambition. Let’s build something brilliant together.
